Online AMHA Mulefoot Pig Registration Application

By submitting the online application I agree to the following:

We are now accepting online registration applications from breeders only. Effective: March 3, 2011.

ONLY THE OWNER/BREEDER OF THE PIG AT BIRTH (with AMHA registered parents) IS ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER PIGS VIA THE ONLINE FORM. THEY DO HAVE THE OPTION OF REGISTERING STOCK DIRECTLY INTO PURCHASERS NAME.

If you are a NEW MEMBER
you must mail in the registration
form signed by breeder. you may not
use online form until you have
a file created and stock registered in your name.

(OR breeder may register directly into your name if they choose)
You cant use the online form because you are not the breeder. Once your stock is registered in your name, You may then use the online registration form for all subsequent registration applications. Ensure you mail in your membership application promptly!

You may use online form for a single pig or the entire litter!

You agree that all information is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. I understand that stock presented for registration must have dams and sires that are registered with the AMHA and meet the AMHA breed standard as posted here. which states in part: pigs must be black in color with a solid hoof. I agree that my full name in signature area entered on registration application designates my signature.  I understand that online registration applications will be printed and added to my file.

Please allow two weeks processing time.

We thank you for the preservation of this special breed! If you are a new member you will need to submit  the membership application. Fill out and mail to us.  The breeder you purchased from has the option of registering the pig directly into your name. We will only do this if you are a member. The registry will wait no longer than two weeks to recieve a new members AMHA membership application. After that time frame the registration will be mailed to breeder for distribution.

ALL OFFSPRING PRESENTED FOR REGISTRATION
MUST COME FROM
PARENTS THAT HAD A AMHA REGISTRATION
 ISSUED AT TIME OF BIRTH.

We have created an online registration application to streamline the registration process for our breeders. They may register their stock directly into the purchasers name if desired. (if purchaser has mailed in a membership application). We will mail registrations directly to purchaser if complete contact information is provided. If we have any doubt a registration will be sent to breeder for distribution to their purchasers.

We are accepting payment for memberships and registrations or transfers. credit card or e-checks accepted HERE  $5 per pig registered. i.e.: 1 pig=$5, 2 pigs=$10 3 pigs=$15

Registrations will be completed and prepared for mailing.
They will not be mailed until we receive the following:

1. membership application if new member.
(we will only wait 2 weeks)

2. payment of registration / transfer fee . Mail us payment or use our online payment option. $5 per pig. We will only wait two weeks, after that timeframe you understand your registration application will be discarded.

3. Note: to transfer a pigs registration, you cannot use the online registration form. You must fill out the back of the registration and mail it to the registry. We will mail the orginal back to you after recording.

If you purchase pigs you should receive either one of two documents for registration:

1-the original registration if already registered-with information filled out on the back of registration to transfer to new owner. Mail to registry for certification. We will return original to you.
OR
2.Registration application filled out by breeder, signed and dated,and/or new owner informaiton filled out. Originals only, no carbon copies allowed. Mail to registry for issue of registration/s.

By submitting an online registration application you agree to  and have reviewed & understand the associations breed standard and agree any stock that does not meet the breed standard will have its registration/s revoked and that of its progeny at the registrars discretion.

Mulefoot pigs MUST be solid black or black with minimal white points. A solid hoof alone does not make a pig a registerable mulefoot. Any other color will not be accepted as they are not purebred unfortunately. Our goal is to preserve the genetics of this special breed.
